Customer Support Specialist (1 year contract)
 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide written assistance and advice to our customers via email and ticketing system.
  • Ensure a pleasant and empathetic interaction with customers, focused on effective problem-solving.
  • Handle customer requests independently, following defined processes and standards.
  • Quickly understand and accurately respond to complex situations.
  • Document all interactions in the system and maintain close coordination with internal departments.
  • Assist with order modifications, cancellations, and product returns.
  • Actively share customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

 

Skills:

  • Strong writing skills with clarity, accuracy, with speed and precision.
  • Excellent text comprehension and ability to convey content clearly and understandably.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Structured, conscientious, and independent work style.
  • Confident use of MS Office, digital tools, and AI-based solutions.
  • Flexibility and openness to digital solutions and new technologies.
  • Interest in and openness to international and multicultural collaboration.

 

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary or higher education.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
  • Very good command of English for internal communication.
  • Experience with translation tools (e.g., DeepL, ChatGPT) is a plus.
  • Affinity for IT and experience using communication systems.
  • Positive and open attitude, with excellent written communication skills for customer interactions.
