Als SAP IT Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors betreust und entwickelst du unsere HR-Systemlandschaft technisch weiter. Du arbeitest eng mit dem HR-Fachbereich zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung innovativer SAP-Lösungen. Dabei gestaltest du die digitale HR-Transformation aktiv mit – insbesondere durch die Ablösung von SAP HCM durch SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Systembetreuung: Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere Employee Central.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Technische Beratung und Integration mit Umsystemen inkl. Monitoring.
- Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung von technischen und fachlichen Anforderung
- Umsetzung: Umsetzung der Architektur- und Sicherheitsvorgaben sowie fachlicher Anforderungen inkl. Dokumentation.
- Cloud Integration: Erstellung und Pflege von iFlows in der SAP Cloud Integration.
- Prozessoptimierung: Unterstützung und Verbesserung der SAP HCM-Modulen Personaladministration (PA), Organisationsmanagement (OM) und Payroll (PY).
- Projektarbeit: Übernahme von Projektverantwortung und operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.
- Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden IT-HR-Team, dem HR-Fachbereich, internen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in SAP SuccessFactors und mit SAP HCM.
- Fachkenntnisse: Tiefe Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und idealerweise in den SAP HCM-Modulen Personaladministration (PA), Organisationsmanagement (OM) und Payroll (PY).
- Technologiekompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP BTP und Cloud Integration.
- Integrationswissen: Erfahrung mit ODATA API und verschiedenen Schnittstellenszenarien.
- Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) + Englisch.
